In Welsh medieval legend, Cerridwen was an enchantress, the mother of a boy Morfran and a beautiful daughter Creirwy. Her husband was Tegid Foel, and they lived near Bala Lake (Llyn Tegid) in north Wales.
Medieval Welsh poetry refers to Cerridwen as possessing the cauldron of Poetic Inspiration. In modern times Cerridwen is seen as the Celtic goddess of rebirth, transformation, and inspiration.
At Cerridwen we aim to use our "cauldron of inspiration" to transform your wedding into something truly special. We listen to your ideas, make suggestions based on our experience, put all the elements into our cauldron, add the magic potion of inspiration - and there you have it - an event or wedding planned to the last detail which people will remember for years to come.
